Yes, it is possible for clients to pay you via credit cards or debit cards using PayPal without having a PayPal account. However, you have to enable PayPal guest checkout option in your account.
Some of the accepted cards for PayPal guest checkout include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Bank Transfer

How to enable Guest Checkout in PayPal

  • To enable guest checkout to go to Account Settings
  • Website Payments
  • Website Payment preferences
  • Click Update
  • Go to PayPal account optional
  • Turn On
Customers who want to checkout without a PayPal account can select don't have PayPal account option and pay with a credit or debit card.
