Substack has a number of guidelines that you need to follow. Read their content guidelines and terms to understand which specific one you violated.

If you are using a VPN, there are chances that you are sharing an IP address with someone who was banned. Try accessing the account without a VPN to confirm whether it is an issue to do with IP address banning.
