An email subscriber is a person who opts into your email list or in simple terms someone who agrees to receive topical emails from your business to his or her email. 

Example of an Email Subscriber:  Lewis visits Website Z and finds its content interesting. Lewis decides to subscribe to Website Z’s blog posts so that he can receive email alerts whenever a blog post is published. Lewis is now Website Z’s subscriber. 

How to get email subscribers 

They are several ways through which you can get email subscribers and grow your email list from 100 to 10,000 to 1 million.  

Lead Magnet: This is an incentive that you offer to your users so that they can join your email list. For instance, you can offer a free quality eBook to anyone who subscribes to your email list. 

Exit Popup: These are forms that pop when visitors want to leave your website. You can ask your visitors to subscribe to your content with exit pop-ups or add lead magnets to exit pop-ups 

opt-in forms: You can add newsletter subscription forms in your website widget, below articles or inside articles so that interested readers can subscribe to your email updates.
