Atlassian has announced that it is shutting down Halp. Customers have been asked to migrate to Jira Service Management (JSM).
Halp Shutdown and migration
From May 9, 2023, Halp will no longer be available for new subscriptions. All its functionalities have now been integrated into Jira Service Management Cloud. Atlassian says that migrating from Halp to Jira Service Management gives you access to more features.
Existing customers have up to June 4, 2024, to continue using Halp as an independent platform. If you have been using Zendesk ticketing, you will have to migrate to JSM to continue using the services. All Microsoft Teams and Slack-connected queues or Halp conversational ticketing functionalities will also require a JSM plan from June 4, 2024.
To migrate from Halp to Jira Service Management, use the migration steps provided on this page. An active Jira Management subscription is needed to connect to Halp. Subscribing to the Jira Service management cloud plan gives you access to all Halp features at no additional fees.
If you are not interested in migrating, then you can continue using Halp until the expiry of your plan or by June 3, 2024. Halp customers who migrate now will enjoy discounted prices.
