What is Jetpack CRM used for?  

Jetpack CRM is used for Creating contact list, importing contacts, segmenting contacts, creating business quotes, creating invoices, adding, and managing transactions, creating lead generation and contact forms with drag and drop templates, scheduling tasks, creating campaigns, sending emails to customers and much more. 

Jetpack CRM also has a feature that makes it possible to set up a client page where clients can access their invoices without accessing admin dashboard.

Email Campaigns Settings 

To send email campaigns, you need to set up a mail delivery server within Jetpack CRM settings. You can either use SMTP service providers like Amazon SES, SendGrid, Gmail, Outlook, Office365, Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, Zoho, AOL, AT&T, Mailgun, your custom mail server or use Default WordPress Mail. For higher and faster email deliverability, we recommend that you use Amazon SES. It is affordable and efficient.

How Jetpack CRM works 

Jetpack CRM is a free WordPress plugin. All you need is to download it from WordPress.org plugins repository and install it on your website. After installing import or add data. You will be responsible for managing your customer data as it is stored in your hosting server (Self Hosted). There are no limits to the number of contacts that you can add. 

Pricing comes in when you want to use premium features like importing WooCommerce customer contacts, PayPal customer transaction data, integrating with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Aweber, Convertkit, etc. 

Jetpack CRM Pricing  

Jetpack CRM has four types of subscription plans. Monthly subscription plans which include Freelancer, Entrepreneur, Elite, and Reseller. Another type of pricing  model is buying a distinct extension 

Freelancer: This is the cheapest plan that costs $11 per month. It comes bundled with four CRM extensions. They include Invoicing Pro, Gravity Forms, PayPal Sync, and Woo Sync 

Entrepreneur: This plan costs $17 per month for a single site. It gives you access to all Jetpack CRM extensions and priority support 

Elite: It costs $30 per month for a single site. It gives you access to all extensions and Mail Campaigns. 

Reseller: This plan is meant for resellers. It costs $5.4 monthly per site for 10 sites. It gives you access to all CRM extensions, mail campaigns, and branding options. 

Extensions: You can buy a specific extension. Each extension has its price. Once you but an extension, you will receive updates for one year. After one year, you can continue using the extension but with no updates unless you renew.
