Popular content niche includes farming, automotive, comedy, news, product review, travel, real estate, cooking, small business, etc.
For each monetization type that we are going to mention below, we will also indicate the niche or category that it is ideal for.

2. Influencer Marketing
If you run a popular Facebook page where you share tips on farming, cooking, starting a business, real estate, automotive, or post comedy content, then you qualify to be called an influencer.
When most businesses are looking for an influencer to partner with to market their products or services, they consider these questions;
How many followers does the influencer have on social media?
Who is the target audience of the influencer?
Does the influencer content have engagement?
Which social media platform is the influencer popular in?
Which type of content does the influencer share and will the content have a negative or positive impact on our brand?
Is the influencer controversial?
Does the influencer have a specific political inclination?
How much does the influencer charge for marketing?
The answers to the questions above determine the influencer that a business chooses for marketing.
For example, an influencer that publishes farming tips is a good choice for agriculture companies because of the appropriate target audience.
If you are a newbie, it might take time before you get picked by a company for marketing. However, like any business patience and persistence pays. You can also try affiliate marketing.
3. Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate Marketing is the recommending of products or services to your audience, in return you will get paid a commission for each successful purchase that originates from your recommendation.
For example, if you publish reviews about the latest smartphones, you can sign up for Amazon Associate Program and get an affiliate link. When users click on your affiliate link and purchase the phone your reviewed, Amazon will pay you a commission.
Some of the best global companies to sign up for affiliate marketing include Amazon, Shareasale, eBay, Impact Radius, CJ Affiliate, AliExpress, etc.
Local influencers can look for companies in their countries that offer affiliate marketing.
4. Third-Party Ads
If your Facebook page is about sharing informational or news content, then you can create a website and be publishing content on the website. After publishing the content, include a brief description of what is contained in the article on your Facebook page and ask fans to read the full story on your website. This way, your website will get page visits.
The next step is to, sign up with third-party advertising companies like Google AdSense, Ezoic, AdThrive, etc and place ads on your website. You will be paid about half of the advertising revenue the ads on your website generate.

5. Memberships
Facebook offers a feature in which you can enable subscriptions on your page. However, most content creators cannot meet Facebook’s eligibility requirements of 10,000 followers and 50,000 post engagements.
The alternative is to use membership platforms like Patreon or Buy Me a Coffee which only needs you to set up a membership page.
How this monetization strategy works is that, once you have created a membership page, you can ask your fans to subscribe to view premium content. This can be content that is only available for members. You can be creative on what content you want to share for members only.
For example, musicians can share behind-the-scenes videos to members only.
6. Sell Products or Services
If for example, you are a chef who publishes videos of how to prepare certain meals, then you might want to create a pdf of the meal’s recipe. Upload the pdf document to a digital marketplace like Gumroad.
Tell your fans that they can purchase a recipe of the meal from Gumroad.
This is also applicable to creators who provide business advice, legal advice, travel tips, etc.
